well sophomore year is pretty tough. english is insane and everything else is ok.....just a lot of hw, essays, and tests galore. choir is a lot different from last year, but fun, as always.
other than school, life is great. im happy. ya, i know.....me happy? haha, yes i am. i made the fall play-Shakespeares Comedy of Errors (which was nice after a week of disappointments). I'm the Courtesan.....should be a fun part. I'm excited.... Nov. 15-19, don't make plans.
Also? ya, im driving now (permitted driver, but i drove home from school today and its pretty fun.)look for me on the road, but i dont get my license till march.
so, what now.........oh Homecoming? we shall see........

WOW! so let me just say that China had to be the most amazing experience of my life. even though im not in jazz, just being there with everyone and growing so close with so many people was just incredible. i have to admit, tht at first, when my mom said tht we were going to china, i wasnt excited at all, but after going and spending these past 2 weeks in a country tht i would of never gone to otherwise, was unbelievable. i don't even know how to describe it. so many new friends, inside jokes, memories, tht i will NEVER forget. some highlights and then pix ( i am posting some pix cuz i took 269 and never in hell would i post all of those :-)
well, this was my 3rd trip with barroll ( ellington marks freshman yr, new orleans, and now china.) and China just had to be the best. you cant ever compare. the other trips, yes they were fun, but just being on this trip and hanging out with everyone @the same time was a great opprotunity to grow close to everyone. so some highlights were : going to the top of a Buddist mountain and seeing how the monks live and pray, walking down 2000 something steps from the top of the mountain, haha, dancing the night away on the dinner cruise in hong kong, all the performances tht they did were great, all the sightseeing, partying till 3 in the morning, messages, oy vey, lol......,sitting in mal and shani's room watching lion king and eating mcdonalds and watching the lighting strike and listening to the thunder, "i see thunder!" oh alex., being rock stars and signing autographs and giving out emails, shopping was always fun, ohh the food......what to say about the food....well chinese every day for 2 weeks? and we're not talkin panda express or pick up stix, we are talking ACTUAL chinese, like duck and goose and pork, pigs ear, chicken feet, etc. lets just say, tht i made a mcdonalds or kfc run once in a while, lol. and if u want to know any more details about wht we did im me.

So far, Summer '05 has been AMAZING! I didn't think it would be this good, but it has been. Highlights from summer so far:
THEATER CAMP!! Man, i miss camp. It's really weird waking up everyday now and not going to calabasas. Stephanie, Erica, Katy, and David- Thanks for a great time! We all had such fun memories and inside jokes tht we know will last forever. Here are some of our so many jokes:
Da Whole Enchilada!; Go tie your own shoes!; Mamacita; Mi hermana; etc. Ged Eedon Rok Enro. UNAMUNDA!! Belljar Froyling, Harvardyu? steph's position in all tht jazz, and much more.....from opening to acting to singing to dancing to closing, each day, the four of you made it somuch more fun. Seasons of love, Role of Della, Universal Language, All That Jazz, Peter Pan,( the green tights and my pants falling off) and America. What fun. Oh, and don't forget seeing Fantastic 4 and the books at Barnes and Noble. the banana shooting across the room, enough said. pool party at steph's was ummmmm.......interesting. being attacked by the middle and elementary school kids....not fun, but w/e. I just have to say David- we nailed our scene! and made lots of people laugh along the way. i had a great time doing the scene. if only it was a play. and yes, we are making a movie all in Unamunda. Just to close- i miss camp and had a great time!
Well after Theater Camp ended, i decided to go to New York. it was fun. i saw 3 shows ( The Light in the Piazza, The 25th Annual Putnam Spelling Bee, and Avenue Q) Before i left LA, i saw Wicked, which was amazing! i cried because it was just so good! anyway i also went to NYU and Columbia ( My top 2 choices of Universities.) NYU was unbelieveable, thts my #1 choice. My friend Zach who goes to NYU gave me a tour and i just fell in love with where it was and what it is. Columbia was beautiful. in uptown NY, nice campus and location. columbia's music program is associated with juilliard. also walked to Juilliard. also while in NY, i walked all over the city, went to broadway stores, and took pictures of every marquee in NYC. on the way back to LA, my flight got delayed 3 hrs and i was at the airport/on the plane for a total 10 hours. so i was glad to get home.
The rest of my summer includes--driving school and china. in between all that im hanging with my friends and doing summer english work, yay. everyone needs to tell me what they want in China. i leave the 28th so call me to have planz b4 i leave!!

~well, freshman year was amazing. from football games, to homecoming, to basketball games (the pack rocks!) to TMTR, to MMN, to universal (group of 6, lol), to ITW, to vice, to the carnival, to NEW ORLEANS!! and much more! i met so many new people, who i know i'm going to be friends with forever, and have had so many memories this year to start off a great 4 years.
~to seniors, well i just met you guys this year, some i came close with, some not, but u guys aren't really leaving, like you said, you will be back. i'll miss you guys, have fun in college!
Music Banquet was amazing. Banquets always make me sad cause its the last thing we do, and all the awards are given out, senior awards and everything. congrats to everyone in the music program!
Summer '05 is here. Finally. No summer school for me!

these last couple weeks have been fun.
-i saw STAR WARS at midnight with alex, hillary, jenn, mark, and meghan. the movie= AMAZING. we had fun---riddles b4 the show with random people who we are never going to see again, haha
-saw Hollywood Ending @the Cobalt last weekend with ash, chelsea, shaz, and mark. after we went to baskin robbins, then to ashleys and watched the notebook and mad tv, we had fun, except for our little drama b4 but i wont get into that :-)
-mers bday was last wednesday. happy birthday mer! we went to BJ's. it was fun.
-TAC Banquet was amazing. i can't believe it! it came so fast! im going to miss all the seniors
----That basically has been the last couple weeks. at the moment, im practicing voice so i can get ready for my final. i love my new voice teacher. she is amazing! thnks to katie and alex for the recommendation.
oh, and some good news----im in vivace next year :-)

wow, only 21 days left. i still can't believe it. this year went by sooooo fast. fun year though. :-)
a lot of work left in these next 5 weeks..........but its almost over, and summer is on the way.
summer is going to be fun--theater camp, new york (yay clubbing!)haha, las vegas, hanging with friends, china, more acting, singing and dancing, yay!
this week is going to be fun, stressful, yet fun!
I'm seeing STAR WARS @ Midnight -May 18 into the 19th, with Alex, Hillary, Mark, Jenn, and Meghan, probably will be a lot more people there, but ya

well i just got back from New Orleans monday night and in one word, it was AMAZING!!!!!!! i had the time of my life and i want to go back like NOW!!! sooo many new friends, memories, and great times on the trip. we did so well in the competion

well, spring break is over, sadly, heres wht i did on my week off: the short version;
Thursday- after school, i came home and relaxed, then went to marys party. it was fun. happy birthday mary! Friday- manicure, went to gillians, went to the mall with gilli, jason, alexis, david and patrick. then saw guess who with david, gillian, alexis, linn, and her sister. it was a good movie, a lot like meet the parents but ya Saturday- hung out with mark and watched movies, i watched You Got Served for the 1st time and i loved it! Sunday- saw Stomp with david. it was amazing! Monday-dentist, red robin, then home and watched more movies Tuesday- mini golfing with mer and evan. it was fun. mike the firefighter, lol Wednesday- mall with mark and gillian. it was fun, lol got some "party clothes" for new orleans, haha then came home and watched the incredibles, then lesley came over and we played cranium and les and i beat gilli and mark. Thursday- helped kimmels move into their new house in westlake, went to islands, then at night my dad got home from NY and got me a Wicked hat and and Avenue Q shirt! i was so happy!! Friday- hung out, made my wand for ITS Saturday- pedicure, saw ring 2 with david. not tht scary Sunday- studied all day for bio
well i needed this break. no i didnt go away but i got o NEW ORLEANS IN 11 DAYS!!!!! IM SO EXCITED!!! A 5-DAY GETAWAY!

wow, these past 2 months have been amazing. cast n crew of into the woods, AMAZING job! this was an amazing show and for those of you who didnt see it, missed out! working with this cast was amazing, everyone is always happy and excited to act! what more could you want?! now i have to go home after school instead of going to the theater :-( well i cant wait till next year!
seniors- i grew close with some of you, and others i didnt get to know tht well. but i know tht u will all be back to visit, like you said, and i will miss all of you so much, and wish you all luck in your future careers.

well first off, last weekend was vice. i had a lot of fun! :-)
This week was an awful week. i just needed it to end, i couldnt take it ; had a fun weekend, but sucky week:
Boys Varsity Basketball- You guys ARE champions! it was YOUR team that won Calabasas High their first EVER Marmonte League title in basketball. thts amazing. im so proud of all of you, and even though we didnt get back to the pond, just know tht everyone thinks tht your amazing and you are winners in all our hearts. i love all of you, congrats to a great season!
Mark- this week has been tough, but just know tht im very proud to be your sister. im proud of everything tht u have accomplished so far with basketball and with music. even though u didnt get back to the pond, or get back into ellington, just know tht i think your a winner and im so glad tht i could watch you progress in basketball and with the saxophone. i love you, and just know tht im here for you.
well im glad tht tomorrow starts a new week.........im sure it will be a lot better than last.
Spring Break is in 3 weeks, YES!!

wow this weekend has been so much fun, i cant believe its almost over :-( well heres my weekend:
Friday- after school i had rehersal which is always fun, (lol) and then it was the first CIF Basketball Game!!! Woo Hoo!! it was so much fun, just like all the games. mark played well. at half time i got asked to play 2 on 2, which was fun, even though we lost, lol ( a little advice, dont play basketball in uggs, haha) but i had fun. after the game gillian came over for a little while. we had fun. mark, her and i had a fun conversation, lol.
Saturday- today was vice shopping, yay. well i finally found something which is a good thing cuz vice is on saturday (so excited!) i went to Fashion Square and hung out there for a little bit. on my way home, it was sunny yet raining and my mom and i saw this gorgeous rainbow, it was really visible and ya. saturday night, lesley came over ( sadly, i couldnt go to pass the candle) and we watched movies and at pizza and ice cream! always fun! then mark and i took her home at like 11ish then came home, and went to sleep so i could be awake for sunday!!!
SUNDAY!!!!- today was so much fun! i went to universal studios with David, Gillian, Alex, Mark, and Ashley (group of 6, lol) we all had the best time, even in the rain. went on back to the future, jurassic park ( we got more wet from the rain than from the ride), backdraft, THE MUMMY=best ride!, the tram (even though we had the worst tour guide ever, alex is gonna get him fired, lol, it was a fun tour, the sets are amazing ( i saw where the filmed part of PHANTOM!! and saw signs for WICKED!! it was awesome! we also walked through the Van Helsing Castle which was really scary!! but fun, lol. lots of good times today, mark and alex had an eating contest, lol ( i still dont know who won, i think alex? lol) fun times..........fun times.........wen we were walking out of the park it started to pour! but we had a lot of fun!
Today i did absolutely nothing, just hw and relaxed. Tomorrow i have rehersal from 12-5 and then im goin to Gillian's.
Fun weekend..........and this weekend is Vice, yay!

well finals are over, finally.........and the weekend went by so fast, so back to skool tomorrow......had a fun weekend though:
Friday- after school (got out at 12:06 cuz of finals) adelle came over and we went to Taco Bell, yay, and then came back and watched Miss Congeniality. it was fun. then we went to our game where we played Simi and beat them (we are 8-1 in league) very fun......then after my game i hung out at the JV game with Gillian and David, and then we went to Comedy Sportz which was HILARIOUS! We beat Verdugo Hills both JV and Varsity which was so cool! then after tht, me, david, erica, steph, and spencer went back to gillian's house. i was only there for like 5 minutes cuz my brother got injured in his game so my parents had to pick me up and take my brother home. so friday night was fun
Saturday- Basketball Pictures Today! which was fun, took a buddy pic with lauren, brooke, kimmie, and adelle which was so cute so ill post it wen i get them. then came back and was stranded at home for the night :-( but i went online and talked which was fun.
Sunday- today i went to the mall with Gillian, Jen and Alex. it was so much fun. we went to go shopping for vice ( but the topanga mall has NOTHING related to the theme) so we didnt find anything so we just hung out. went to abercrombie (lol) and brookstone and they have a massage chair tht i really want! lol and just like hung out and had fun. then alex spent like $10 on the "claw machine" and won me a little pony! yay, thnks alex. then we met up with David for dinner at Red Robin. they told the waitress tht it was my birthday and i got a sundae (but they didnt sing to me, lol) and we had fun at dinner......so tht was my weekend
Some things that have happened and coming up:
-im directors assistant for the spring musical- very excited!
-asked david to vice.....he said yes....yay!
~so my birthday is in 13 days, yay im excited! 15!!!
~Solo Night is tomorrow, everyone go, its at 7.
~finals just ended and tomorrow starts a new semester!

ok well everything has kinda been going well........................i guess?!?!
Last weekend i went to the mall with lindsay and mer ( congrats lindsay for getting Freshman Homecoming Princess!!) we were looking for homecoming dresses but didnt have much success...............lindsay and i found a BEAUTIFUL dress in Cache ( i wont mention the price, lol) and she got it for the CHS homecoming game........then we went to Red Robin and met up with spencer........then went to the SPOOKY HOUSE!!!! It was soooo scary, lol met up with more people there On Sunday i went to the De Anza Festival where Jazz "A" performed. it was a very good concert........
I cant wait for this weekend. CHS Homecoming Game on Friday and DTASC on Saturday!!! Im so excited for DTASC! its going to be sooo much fun! Every1 should go! Support CHS Theater!
Sunday is Halloween! YAY! im still not sure wht im doing yet...............

Well........we've been in high school for almost 2 months now.......and its getting a lot better. The work is getting easier and extra cirriculars are getting a lot more fun
The Fall Play (The Mouse That Roared) is going so well. Everyone is always so happy and having a good time 24/7. Its fun being able to hang with a lot of my friends and dance in the rain at rehersals, lol and roam the school looking for stephanie (lol Gillian)
Lately, ive been hanging with my friends, football games, studying, homework, acting, singing, playing basketball, the normal stuff.
We had a guest speaker today at support to tell us how to make high school "count." it was actually quite interesting.......because it made u think that you should take high school seriously and that its not a joke. After High School, thts it. Your out on your own, going to college, starting a job....career......starting your lives. Its scary and yes im only a freshman....but the clock is ticking, and when i turn around ill be graduating from Calabasas High School; Class of 2008!
Take everything you do seriously (academics, extra cirriculars, etc) but dont forget
HAVE FUN!!!!
